Emma Morris and Elena Ratcliff from the MSD CI Hub will be sharing how they undertook a joint service review by using the Focus Service Review Guide for departments and faculties. They will describe the departments’ collaborative journey of following the methodology and their experience of implementing the review’s recommendations. They will also share their discoveries and how they plan to use the service review methodology in the future.
