CI Lunch & Learn: Harnessing digital to work more efficiently and effectively

Join members of the Workflow and Automation Competency Centre and the Focus team to find out how automation technologies are being used to help colleagues work more effectively at Oxford, such as the use of Power Automate for managing event sign-ups. This session will explore efficiency and innovation, showcasing strategies that foster continuous improvement, and emphasising the need to avoid automating bad processes.

A hands-on process mapping session where you will map an example process, step by step. Using this tool, you will identify process improvements that require minimal effort to implement but provide a powerful impact. 

If you want to save time, increase the engagement and motivation of your team, and find the root cause of long-standing issues that could be hindering productivity, then process mapping is for you.

• Complete the Exploring CI: Understanding Process Mapping e-learning course on CoSy
